IntelWave and AppsPOS brought Kings AI to WhatsApp: a customer can describe what they want, receive relevant menu recommendations, apply loyalty benefits, pay, and send the order into fulfilment without leaving the chat.

The work centers on a simple operating idea: customers already use WhatsApp. Kings AI turns that familiar interface into an ordering flow that can understand intent, guide a choice, and complete the handoff to the merchant's operations.
Instead of asking a customer to browse a menu, install an app, or re-enter an order, the system accepts natural-language requests such as a budget, preference, or occasion. It responds with menu options, supports add-ons and rewards at checkout, and connects the completed order to the merchant's point-of-sale workflow.
This is an operational system, not a chat demo. The experience has to keep customer conversation, menu data, payment, loyalty, order information, and fulfilment aligned.

WhatsApp-native ordering lets customers state their budget, mood, or occasion in their own words.
The assistant is trained on the merchant's menu and uses that context to make specific recommendations.
Add-ons, membership rewards, vouchers, and payment are part of the same ordering flow.
Paid orders move directly into POS and kitchen fulfilment, reducing the need to re-key orders.
Pricing, availability, and menu changes can remain synchronized with the ordering surface.
AppsPOS also documents a Lalamove integration for dispatch and real-time delivery tracking.
The value is not merely that a customer can talk to an AI. The value is that the conversation carries through to a usable order, a payment event, and an operational record.
For an F&B operator, that creates a more direct route from customer intent to fulfilment. For the customer, it keeps ordering in a channel they already know. This is the kind of applied AI IntelWave focuses on: a specific workflow, connected systems, and a deployment path that works in the real operating environment.
“The strongest AI products disappear into the work: they help a customer decide, help a merchant operate, and leave the team with a system they can run.”
